Delivery
1. Shipping Times
We generally ship our products within 2/5 working days from order confirmation. In case of delay in shipping, you will be promptly informed by email.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. The amounts will be clearly indicated during the purchase process. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package until delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.
